Au cours du mois de mars 2023, le BCNUDH a documenté 495 violations et atteintes aux droits de l’homme sur tout le territoire de la République Démocratique du Congo, soit une augmentation de 12% par rapport au mois de février 2023 (441 violations et atteintes). Cette augmentation s’explique principalement par l’augmentation des victimes d’exécution sommaire (+30%) et des victimes de mauvais traitements (+20%) et de violences sexuelles (+186%) par rapport au mois précédent.
